Looks like an osprey to me, a bird of prey that hangs out seaside.

Hi Pat, yeah, my nephew, artist, photographer & ornithologist of renown Todd Forsgren confirms your ID, with the added twist that I actually managed to conflate two bird sightings into one -- he says, "Bird Song is an Osprey. The bird that's flying around the lagoon is a Brown Pelican." I actually thought my 2 clips were showing the one & same bird, just separated by 5 minutes of inattention or so, but now that I think of it ... well, doah: Bird, bird, bird, bird is the word. :-)

LOL. Didn't see the 2nd vid, being an impatient man of our times. And really don't know birdsong. Just looked like an osprey to me. We see them a lot heading up to St. Augustine.
